Athletic and Health Office Registration

ALL STUDENTS must complete the online registration for the 2022-2023 school year. This registration is required for all students whether or not they intend to play sports at CVU. Additionally, you will be able to register your child to play sports in all three seasons.

In addition, athletes are required to have a current physical.  The main office must have a current (dated within two years) CVU Athletics Well-Exam on file before the athlete may try-out and/or participate in any sporting event.
